Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If we're on the road or camping, you may receive a notice that lets you know of a slight delay in the shipping times. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

High volume orders may be subject to a delay.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders over $50 will receive free shipping.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within the zip codes 85641 or 85747. 

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cruisin' + Campfires is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@cruisinandcampfires.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
